There is no BlackEyedT.com without you and the community. Since you’re the one going to buy the shirts why not be a part of the designing and voting process. The shirts are designed to permit you to express yourself in high cotton.
Our highest priority is customer service and quality control. We have chosen the highest quality cotton shirts. Our shirts are professionally screen printed to insure long lasting shirts that don’t fade and are fun to wear day after day. We do absolutely no digital printing or heat transfers. The shirt and print quality are above and beyond the norm and this is why we accept all returns no questions asked.

Likely we did receive your email and have already responded. Some email providers mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there.

- What is your privacy policy?
We respect your right to privacy. At BlackEyedT.com we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. BlackEyedT.com does not store your credit card information. BlackEyedT.com does not rent or sell your name or personal information.

Submitting a Design
- How do I submit my design?
We have provided a design submission form to assist you.
- Do all submissions have to have a slogan with “go” in them?
Yes. Our goal is to provide “go action designs” that will let people express themselves.
- Do I keep ownership of my design if it is selected for sale?
BlackEyedT.com gets exclusive rights to the design if chosen for selling and printing on clothing or other products. BlackEyedT.com also has the right to the design itself for used on the BlackEyedT.com website and to sell it on any Blackeyedt.com promotional materials.
The artist keeps the ownership of the submitted design and may display or archive his/her own design in a portfolio or personal collection but the artist may not sell or reproduce the design for commercial purposes once it is chosen for production under BlackEyedT.com. - How does the design submission work?
Join the BlackEyedT.com community and click the design link. From here you will be able to follow instructions on how to submit a design. After submitted and approved, your design will be posted on the BlackEyedT.com site to be voted on by the BlackEyedT.com community. Good luck!
This competition is open to all citizens of the United States. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. BlackEyedT.com is an on-going competition. Most of our BlackEyedT.com tee shirts are a result of our design submission contest. We will occasionally print some tee shirts outside of the contest, some of which were commissioned by BlackEyedT.com to various designers.
- Can I submit more than one design?
There is no limit to the number of designs you can submit.
- Can I promote my design?
Absolutely, tell your friends, blog about it, put it on your Facebook or MySpace page.
Ordering and Delivery
- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for BlackEyedT.com T shirts using a credit card online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be GoFish4Life, LLC, not BlackEyedT.com. GoFish4Life, LLC is the legal name of our company.
- How and when will my shirt arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You should have your shirt in 7-10 days. If you need your order faster than that, don’t hesitate to let us know via email or by phone and we will make arrangements to get it to you faster.
- How can I make changes to my order? I placed my order, but forgot to add a tee. Can I add it to my order?
We’re sorry but we’re unable to change or add to your order since we don’t store credit card information.
- What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat rate of $4.65 for the first shirt and $1.00 for each additional shirt in the same order.
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to the United States.
- What if we are out of stock on a Tee Shirt?
BlackEyedT.com’s tee shirts are limited editions. We want to continually introduce new designs. If a design you really like is out, you can request a reprint. If we get enough requests we may reprint the design and notify you.
- How is your payment system secured?
We are 100% committed to protecting your security and privacy. Any personal information given to BlackEyedT.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.
BlackEyedT.com’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. In order to protect customers BlackEyedT.com does not store your credit card information at any time.
- I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt. What is the return policy?
We will be glad to make an exchange, refund or store credit for any items you are not completely happy with. Please ship prepaid USPS with the package securely wrapped within 60 days of purchase. If you received the wrong item or a defective item we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping otherwise shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Prizes and Winning
- What will I win?
If your design is chosen you will receive a cash prize of US $500 and a $100 Credit at BlackEyedt.com. For each 1000 T shirts sold you will receive an additional $500, up to a maximum of $2,000.
- How is a design chosen to be printed?
Selection of designs is based upon a combination of design quality, voting results and BlackeyedT.com staff review.

- Washing instructions?
Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Tees are primarily 100% cotton so expect some shrinkage.
